Refunds and Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with products you obtain from us.

Please note that we do not issue refunds for the Wild Divine products.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Meditation Machines

If you are unhappy with a Meditation Machine you have purchased from us, you may return the Machine so that we receive it within 30 days of the date on which we dispatched the item for a refund (excluding delivery costs and any credit or debit card processing charges). All Meditation Machines must be returned in good and working condition, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable state. Before returning your Meditation Machine , please email us at info@meditations-uk.com and tell us that you wish to return your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
It is essential that you write your RA number on the outside of the package that you return so that we can track it when it gets back to us.

Damaged Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as immediately and we will provide a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return a Meditation Machine

Place the item in the original shipping box or package. You must include all the internal and external packaging in an undamaged condition, the user or instruction guide, any leaflets that were included with the item, and the original invoice. You must ensure that the User Guide and all other literature is returned in an uncreased and uncrumpled state. On the back of the original invoice, indicate the reason you are returning the item (wrong or damaged product, or you changed your mind).

Email us at info@meditations-uk.com and tell us that you are returning your order and need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Include this number in the back of the original invoice, and return your order to:

PLEASE NOTE : It is essential that you include your RMA number in your package as we will need this to keep track of your returned item. Items returned without an RMA number will attract an administration charge of £20.

Please ensure that you return in one package everything that was included in the product. There will be an administration charge of £20 if we have to contact you to ask you to return any missing items.

Refunds

Meditations Ltd. will issue a refund within seven to ten business days of receiving your returned Meditation Machine. Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order.
